GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT
Scope
The following general terms and conditions of POINT-FAIR-COST (hereinafter “HOTEL MAS TRADER” or “the Owner”) apply to your order or reservation in the version in force at the time of contracting the service.
The terms and conditions apply exclusively to contracts concluded through the Internet portal and comply with current legislation, in particular Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November approving the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users.

Purpose
These general contracting conditions govern the contracting of services offered through the HOTEL MAS TRADER website, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties arising from service agreements concluded between them, specifically room reservations, reception and seminar services, and the sale of catering products.
User / Customer Registration
Registration on the website must be carried out by adults. By creating a Customer or User account, or by contracting any service, the User accepts responsibility for the data they submit and the services they offer, which shall not be offensive or contrary to applicable legislation.
Such data must be kept up to date, and the User must ensure the security of their account and access credentials, being solely responsible for activities carried out through their account.
The User shall not use another person’s account or impersonate them, nor provide false information. Such conduct will entitle the Owner to cancel the account, without prejudice to any legal action deemed appropriate.
Any unauthorised use of an account must be immediately reported to HOTEL MAS TRADER by the User.
Service Contracting
Contracting a service through the HOTEL MAS TRADER website implies the Customer’s / User’s acceptance of all conditions stipulated in this document.
The price and conditions will be indicated in advance before any payment is made.
For any queries, complaints or incidents related to your service, the Customer / User may contact the Owner at info@hotelmastrader.com.
Contracting Process
Room reservations. The hotel makes all its rooms available on a third-party booking platform. Room reservations are therefore made exclusively through that platform, subject to its specific general conditions. Once the reservation is made, the customer will receive a confirmation with details, prices, cancellation conditions and other relevant information.
Check-in and check-out times will be specified at the time of booking and may vary according to availability. Additional charges may apply for unplanned late check-outs.
Reception and seminar services. The hotel offers reception and seminar services for various events (weddings, meetings, conferences, etc.), bookable directly on the hotel website. Upon booking and payment of the full amount or deposit, a confirmation will be sent with all details, the contract, rates, cancellation policy and any other relevant information.
Sale of catering products. The hotel offers catering products including breakfast, purchasable in person or through a third-party platform, in cash or by credit card. In case of cancellation, the Customer must inform the hotel as soon as possible; cancellation charges may apply depending on circumstances.
Prices
The price of products / services is that indicated at any time on the website. Displayed prices do not include VAT or the applicable tax depending on the territory.
Price Errors
If a pricing error is detected after purchase, HOTEL MAS TRADER will inform the Customer as soon as possible and offer the option of cancellation or continuation at the correct conditions. Automatic confirmation does not validate erroneous price conditions. In case of cancellation, any amount paid will be refunded.
Additional Charges
Where applicable, additional charges will be communicated to the Customer and itemised in the final price prior to payment.
Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without justification, starting the day after the commencement of service provision.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to: sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and unsealed after delivery; goods or services whose nature makes cancellation impossible; services fully performed with the consumer’s express consent; goods irreversibly mixed with other goods after delivery; goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised; goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
To exercise this right, you must notify HOTEL MAS TRADER at C/ Dels Enamorats, 79, Floor 4, Door 2 – 08013, Barcelona (SPAIN) or by email at info@hotelmastrader.com.
In case of withdrawal, the monthly amount will not be refunded but the User will be permitted to modify their reservation to another date.
Contract Duration
The contract duration is that agreed between the parties, and generally extends from the room or service reservation until the end of the stay.
User Obligations
All Customers or Users must make proper use of the website and facilities, being solely responsible for any damages caused to HOTEL MAS TRADER or third parties. Parents are responsible for supervising their children at all times.
Disclaimer
HOTEL MAS TRADER shall not be liable for misuse by registered Customers / Users, damages to third parties, loss, theft or damage to guests’ belongings in rooms, common areas or car parks. HOTEL MAS TRADER shall not be liable for situations beyond its control (strikes, natural disasters, technical failures). Any inappropriate, violent, disruptive or illegal behaviour may result in expulsion from the establishment without refund.
Industrial and Intellectual Property
Products or services provided are protected by copyright. Logos, brands, texts, icons and other content are protected by applicable legislation.
Dispute Resolution
